must all have the same filename, and the extensions must form a range of
positive integers. For example, convert-eps-loop can be
used to convert the files 3DLDFmp.1 , 3DLDFmp.2 , and
3DLDFmp.3 to 3DLDFmp.1.ps , 3DLDFmp.2.ps , and
3DLDFmp.3.ps on the one hand, and
3DLDFmp.1.png , 3DLDFmp.2.png ,
3DLDFmp.3.png on the other.
